Orientation & Start of Classes

There will be a short orientation programme before starting of the study semester. You are strongly advised to attend this programme, which provides important information and is an excellent introduction to the Academy and to Jurmala and Riga. During this period you will enroll in classes and, as needed, have contact with the relevant subject coordinator(s) and academic adviser. Upon arrival in Jurmala you will be able to use our computing facilities and internet access. However, until you have fully registered and obtained your student card, you will not have access to the library and information centre facilities.
Classes start on September 5, 2022. There is a strict two week add/drop period in which to change your enrollment.

Accommodation

Once accepted, to studies or training you may apply for accommodation. Academy does not provide a dormitory, but you will get full assistance in finding accommodation in hostels or in the private sector. There are excellent chances to find accommodation in Jurmala city.

English Language

You must have a high level of English in order to study at The European Christian Academy. However, some students might benefit from the In-Sessional English Language Courses (free of charge) offered by our Language Centre.
